Message So I bought an Aztec Red, 91, TT Z with 150k miles 10 months ago to replace my Aztec Red, 91, TT Z with 80k miles that I totaled. First day I had it, the 150k mile one, it ran 14psi no problem. Second day, it would only run 4 or 5psi, so I blamed it on safety boost. Checked the ECU and it was code 34. Eventually I used a resistor to bypass the knock sensor to get it out of safety boost. Nothing changed, but code 34 was gone. I then tried another remedy. I bypassed the boost solenoids so that the only thing controlling boost would be my Greddy Profec B-Spec II. However, no matter what I set my boost controller to, it would always run 5psi. Eventually it would get to where it would boost up to 8psi, but only seldom. Sometimes it would run 5psi, others 7psi. A couple weeks ago, I decided to swap from my wrecked one, the Nismo 615 injectors, 300 degree fuel rail, and all fuel lines in the engine bay as well as the filter and the ecu set up for it. I got it all in perfect, and now the car is running 10-11psi. And still I have no control with my boost controller. I'm stumped. Also my recirculation valves sound like blow off valves, and they're pretty loud. I've checked and double check all vacuum lines and clamps. Any suggestions or solutions I would greatly appreciate.
